How it works
From first call to final film – even from abroad
01 — Video call or phone call
We talk about what the film needs to achieve, who will watch it, where it will be shown and what budget is realistic. This is the most important step – so I take proper time for it.
02 — Fixed-price quote & concept
You get a fixed-price quote with every item listed – shooting days, post-production, travel – plus a clear idea of how the film will look and sound. No hidden costs.
03 — Planning on the ground
Schedule, locations, interview partners, time slots. At events and trade shows I coordinate directly with your agency or stand team, so you don’t have to manage anything from afar.
04 — The shoot
Solo or with a crew for camera, sound and lighting – in Berlin, across Germany or anywhere in Europe. I conduct interviews myself, in English or German.
05 — Editing & delivery
Edit, colour grading, sound, graphics and subtitles. You review a first cut, then we fine-tune. Depending on scope, the finished film is ready within 24 hours to 15 days – in every format you need for your website and social media.
FAQ: hiring a videographer in Berlin
Can you conduct interviews in English?
Yes. German is my native language and I speak fluent English – including leading interviews on camera. Many of my clients are based abroad, so English-language shoots are part of my routine.
How much does a videographer in Berlin cost?
It depends on the number of shooting days, the crew size and how much editing you need. Half-day and full-day bookings are possible. After our call you get a detailed fixed-price quote in euros – usually within 24 hours.
Do you work outside Berlin?
Yes – across Germany and regularly in other European countries. Travel costs are listed transparently in the quote.
We can’t be on site. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Many international clients brief me by video call and I handle everything on the ground in Berlin – from coordinating with your event team to delivering the finished film.
Can you work as a local camera operator for our production?
Yes. If your agency brings the concept, I can join as your local camera operator in Berlin – or put together a small crew for camera, sound and lighting.
How fast can we get the video?
Between 24 hours and 15 days, depending on scope. A short event recap or social media clips can be delivered on the same day if you need them during the event.
Can we get photos from the event too?
Yes, on request I shoot photos alongside the video – so you get footage and pictures from one booking instead of coordinating two suppliers.
Do you invoice companies outside Germany?
Yes. Invoices are issued in euros. For business clients based outside Germany, the reverse-charge procedure usually applies, so no German VAT is added.
